You know you have been reading too many mandatory disclosures at work when you start thinking about future conversations with your FWB Buddie in terms of a contract!
The agreement is as follows:
Any changes to the contract must be submitted verbally for approval by the originating party hence forth referred to as the primary contract holder.
Primary and secondary contract holders may terminate the relationship at any time with no prior notification for any reason. A closing statement in the form of email or text is allowable however verbal closure is preferred. A reason must be stated for closing the contract.
Secondary contract holder may appeal original terms no earlier than 3 months into the contract then no more than once every six months after original appeal date.
In the event the contract should be terminated by either party with a verbal or written closing letter, any and all belongings should be returned to the rightful owners immediately without harm or indemnification to either party.
Any future contact should be avoided for a minimum period of 6 months. A new contract can be issued at anytime no sooner than 6 months past the original closing date.
In the event a new contract is requested, the terms of the contract should be presented by the requester. Upon agreement of the new terms by both parties, the receiving party will be reinstated as the new primary contract holder.
